How I work
I provide telehealth and in-person psychiatric care to adults in Oregon and California, focused on careful diagnosis and medication management. I treat ADHD, depression, anxiety, and opioid use disorder (MOUD/MAT). Most visits are twenty minutes: we look at what’s working, what isn’t, and what the data says, then adjust one thing at a time.I also provide brief psychotherapy to complement medication management, and I coordinate with your therapist and primary care provider so nobody is working from a different plan.

A psychiatrist is a physician (MD or DO); a PMHNP is a nurse practitioner with graduate psychiatric training. In Oregon, both diagnose mental health conditions, prescribe medication, and manage treatment independently. For medication management of ADHD, depression, and anxiety, the core services are the same.

Yes. In Oregon: Regence BlueCross BlueShield, Moda, UnitedHealthcare PPO, First Choice Health (including Adventist and Samaritan plans), and ComPsych. In California: Anthem Blue Cross, UnitedHealthcare PPO, and ComPsych. Most out-of-state Blue plans work through BlueCard. Self-pay is $550 for an initial evaluation and $325 for follow-ups.
