How I work
I provide telehealth and in-person psychiatric care to adults in Oregon and California, focused on careful diagnosis and medication management. I treat ADHD, depression, anxiety, and opioid use disorder (MOUD/MAT). Most visits are twenty minutes: we look at what’s working, what isn’t, and what the data says, then adjust one thing at a time. Every visit is with me, not a rotating provider. I also provide brief psychotherapy to complement medication management, and I coordinate with your therapist and primary care provider so nobody is working from a different plan.

A psychiatrist is a physician (MD or DO); a PMHNP is a nurse practitioner with graduate psychiatric training. In Oregon, both diagnose mental health conditions, prescribe medication, and manage treatment independently. For medication management of ADHD, depression, and anxiety, the core services are the same.
