Erik Lee, PMHNP-BC
Guiding you toward your best life.
Either way, what you need is the same: careful diagnosis, prescribing, and medication management. I'm a UCSF-trained, board-certified PMHNP with an ADHD specialty certification, in-network with most Oregon commercial plans, mostly by video across the state.
In-network with 7 Oregon plans · 20-minute video follow-ups · Self-schedule in about 2 minutes · New patients seen within two weeks
Searching for a psychiatrist? As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I provide the same core services: diagnosis, prescribing, and medication management.
How I work
I provide telehealth and in-person psychiatric care to adults in Oregon, focused on careful diagnosis and medication management. I treat ADHD, depression, anxiety, and opioid use disorder (MOUD/MAT). Most visits are twenty minutes: we look at what’s working, what isn’t, and what the data says, then adjust one thing at a time.
I also provide brief psychotherapy to complement medication management, and I coordinate with your therapist and primary care provider so nobody is working from a different plan.
We offer psychiatric services for adults, via telehealth and in-person, in Portland, Oregon, and across the state, treating a wide range of mental health conditions:
ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder)
Depression and low mood
Anxiety (generalized, panic, social anxiety)
Bipolar disorder and mood instability
Opioid Use Disorder with MOUD/MAT
Alcohol/substance use and addictive behaviors
Insomnia and sleep disturbances
Binge eating disorder
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
Side effects from medications and withdrawal symptoms

A psychiatrist is a physician (MD or DO); a PMHNP is a nurse practitioner with graduate psychiatric training.
