Built around a workday
Join your video visits from home or a private room at work, with no commute. You book online without a phone call, message me through the patient portal between visits, and see the same prescriber every time. Visits run Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 6 pm Pacific.

ComPsych care starts with a referral. Before your first visit, contact ComPsych (often through your employer's EAP or behavioral health benefit) to open a referral. When you call, ask them for:
- Your referral number
- The start and end dates of the referral
- The number of sessions authorized

Who we help
Adults with an existing ADHD diagnosis who are on medication that is working, or close to it, and want steady medication management, in person or by video. Most patients already have a therapist; we coordinate rather than replace. We also treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, and bipolar disorder alongside ADHD, and evaluate adults who suspect ADHD but were never diagnosed.
