Celium Healthcare is in network with UnitedHealthcare PPO plans in Oregon and California. UnitedHealthcare's mental health benefits are usually managed by Optum, so if your card or claims say Optum Behavioral Health, you're in the right place. Erik Lee, PMHNP-BC, sees adults 21 and older by video, and new patients are usually seen within two weeks.

Which plans we accept
UnitedHealthcare PPO plans in Oregon and California. Optum EAP plans and Medicare Advantage plans, including AARP plans from UnitedHealthcare, are not accepted. If your plan is an HMO or EPO, verify before booking.
What's typically covered
UnitedHealthcare PPO plans generally cover in-network outpatient behavioral health, including psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits by video. Your copay or coinsurance depends on your plan. On a high-deductible plan you pay the contracted rate until the deductible is met.

Who we help
Adults with an existing ADHD diagnosis who are on medication that is working, or close to it, and want steady medication management by video. Most patients already have a therapist; we coordinate rather than replace. We also treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, and bipolar disorder alongside ADHD, and evaluate adults who suspect ADHD but were never diagnosed.

How long is the wait for a first appointment?
Usually within two weeks. Book online and pick the first open intake slot.
Do you see patients under 21?
No. Celium sees adults 21 and older in Oregon and California.
What if I have a high-deductible plan?
Until the deductible is met you pay the plan's contracted rate for the visit, which is close to the self-pay rate of $550 for an intake and $325 for a follow-up. We will tell you the number before you book so there is no surprise.
I have a Blue plan from another state. Does that work?
Usually yes, through BlueCard. Blue Shield of California is the one exception.
