Insurance & ADHD Medication Management in Oregon

Celium Healthcare is in-network with several Oregon plans for adult ADHD medication management by telehealth. Below is who we work with, how to verify your benefits, and what to expect if you're out of network.

How to verify your benefits

1. Call the member services number on your insurance card and ask about outpatient behavioral health and psychiatric medication management by telehealth.
2. Ask about your copay or coinsurance, whether your deductible applies, and whether a referral or authorization is needed.
3. Book an intake evaluation and share what you learned; we'll confirm coverage before your visit.

Because amounts vary by plan, we recommend confirming your expected cost with your insurer before your visit.

If you're out of network

If we're not in network with your plan, you can still be seen on a self-pay basis. Our self-pay fees are $550 for the initial intake evaluation and $325 per follow-up visit. We can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. If you're uninsured or paying out of pocket, you can request a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs.
